An internationally acclaimed cruise line is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join their luxury fleet, operating on a remote basis that involves travel. This unique opportunity allows you to showcase your culinary expertise in diverse, global settings while managing a dynamic galley team. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee all aspects of food production and service across multiple dining venues onboard, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency for a discerning international clientele. Your responsibilities will include assisting in menu planning and development, implementing stringent hygiene and safety standards, managing inventory and controlling food costs, and leading and motivating kitchen staff. You will be adept at working under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities efficiently, and maintaining high standards even during extensive voyages. Key Responsibilities:
