  • Stay abreast of the latest scientific advancements and technological innovations in drug discovery.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • PhD in Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in drug discovery within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Demonstrated success in leading drug discovery projects and delivering candidate molecules.
  • Strong expertise in one or more therapeutic areas and relevant disease biology.
  • Excellent understanding of ADMET properties and their optimisation.
  • Proficiency with relevant scientific software and data analysis tools.
