Minimum of 5 years' working in an eCommerce or online trading role, ideally within retail or consumer products
Strong hands-on knowledge with Shopify Plus, including replatforming or site rebuilds
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, or Salesforce
Data-literate, commercially focused, and confident with GA4 and Excel
ERP experience (e.g. Brightpearl or Netsuite) is desirable but not essential
Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop team members
