You will manage product listings, promotional campaigns, and stock feeds across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Argos, B&Q, and Very. A key part of the role is building and maintaining strong relationships with retailer account managers to ensure optimal product visibility, stock availability, and joint business growth. Using tools such as Virtual Stock, Linnworks & Netsuite, you will ensure accurate inventory management, strong product performance, and consistent sales growth.
Monday to Friday 9-5 office based with car parking on site.
We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Channels Manager to grow our sales across online marketplaces and retailer ecommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise listings on marketplaces and retailer platforms. li>Build and maintain strong relationships with retailer ecommerce account managers
- Run promotional campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and sales.
- Ensure accurate product content and SEO-friendly descriptions.
- Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and competitor activity.
- Manage stock feeds to maintain accurate availability.
- Utilise Linnworks to streamline order management and stock control.
- Produce performance reports and identify growth opportunities.
Skills & Experience
- Experience managing ecommerce channels (Amazon, eBay, retailer platforms).
- Knowledge of Virtual Stock systems (Argos, B&Q, Very).
- Proficiency with Linnworks or similar multichannel tools.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and online conversion optimisation.
