Overview of the Role
As a PE Teacher, you'll deliver a broad and inclusive curriculum, helping students develop physical skills, healthy habits, and a love for sport and fitness. Your Responsibilities:

- A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).

Are you passionate about the outdoors and inspiring young people through adventure, exploration, and experiential learning? We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Outdoor Education Instructor to join our team!
In this role, you will lead and support outdoor learning sessions designed to build confidence, teamwork, independence, and resilience in children and young people. Sessions may include bushcraft, forest school activities, team-building challenges, environmental education, outdoor sports, and adventure-based learning.
You'll have the chance to work with a diverse range of students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping to engage them in meaningful learning beyond the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality outdoor learning sessions and activities

Risk assess all activities and ensure safety at all times
Work closely with teaching staff, support teams, and external providers where needed

About You:

A strong communicator and natural motivator of young people
Adaptable, with the ability to engage students of all backgrounds and abilities
Confident leading groups outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions
Able to work as part of a team and independently
Desirable:
