**Role Summary:**
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests on-site within agreed SLAs.
- Diagnose and repair faults in electrical systems, including UPS, distribution boards, and lighting.
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Carry out testing and inspection of electrical installations and equipment.

- Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including risk assessments and method statements.
- Liaise with site contacts and the Technical Services Manager to escalate urgent issues.

- Monitor and report on the condition of critical equipment and environmental factors.
- Use handheld devices and internal systems to log jobs, quotes, and remedial actions.
**Experience Required:**
**Essential:**
- 17th or 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations.
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance within commercial or industrial environments.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
**Desirable:**
- Testing and Inspection qualification (e.g., City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent).
- Experience with building management systems (BMS), HVAC, and UPS systems.
- Familiarity with water hygiene (L8), CDM regulations, and COSHH.
- IOSH or NEBOSH Health & Safety qualification.
- Previous experience in a mobile engineering role.
- Authorised Person (AP) status (e.g., AP15/12) is advantageous.

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
To carry out quoted works, PPM’s and reactive repairs to M&E Plant and site building fabric, landlord side. To complete proactive inspections and any required remedial repairs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To efficiently undertake engineering duties, ensuring consistent operational delivery through smart working and the efficient execution of day-to-day tasks.
- To oversee and undertake maintenance and reactive repairs of the Southworks assets with a cost effective, efficient, customer focused service to clients at all levels across the site.
- To manage all aspects of H&S in relation to all works from planning to completion, including RA&MS COSHH, etc.
- To ensure that all work carried out is in accordance NICEIC and any other governing bodies within the industry.
- To ensure SLA and KPI’s are achieved as laid down in the contract
- To provide support to the Estate Management Team to ensure standards & deadlines are achieved.
- To provide services within the building budgets for current financial year.
- To ensure that the highest standards of contractors are engaged to work at the above premises and that they act as ambassadors for the company whether in or out of the workplace.
- To submit detailed written reports following any planned reactive works to customers premises to enable any additional works to be quoted for

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
