The Company that the Project Manager will join:
The Project Manager will be joining a modern consultancy that have a strong pipeline of projects in the Retail, Veterinary, Healthcare and Childcare sectors. The Project Manager will be working alongside a growing team 10 consultants including Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Associate Directors and Project Directors.
The Project Manager role:
The Project Manager will bring experience delivering the full lifecycle of schemes which are predominantly fit outs and new builds with contract values as high as 10m. The Project Manager will be collaborating with the Quantity Surveyors appointed to the same projects throughout all stages of the lifecycle to ensure that costs are being controlled.
The Project Manager will be delivering high-quality schemes with contract values between 150k-10m.
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion
- Communicating with external parties such as contractors and sub-contractors
- Provide support/mentorship to junior Project Managers
- Reporting progress feedback on Projects to the Senior Directors weekly
- Collaborating with Quantity Surveyors during all phases of project lifecycles
