This is a unique opportunity to oversee the strategic, technical, and operational aspects of a high-profile handback process, ensuring assets are transferred in optimal condition and in full compliance with contractual and industry standards.

Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement a robust handback strategy aligned with industry best practice and DBFO contract requirements.

• Build and manage a detailed programme including inspections, reporting, and key milestones.

• Define clear roles, responsibilities, and timelines with all stakeholders.

• Co-ordinate joint inspections and ensure outputs are clearly recorded.

Technical Oversight

Documentation & Handover
