EA and Operations Manager Job Summary The EA and Ops Manager provides high-level executive assistance to our Executives while managing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the agency. Working closely with the Director of Operations, this role requires an experienced and efficient individual who has a strategic mindset and is able to support the Director of Operations, helping to inform and help the Exec Board roll-out vital business decisions and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Executive & Senior Leadership Support: Provide full EA support to 3 Managing Partners, including diary management, prioritisation, and email support. Support in prepping for all major moments, including company meetings, financial reviews, and major client meetings.
