**How will you make an impact in this role?**
As a Senior Analyst on the Global Brand Management (GBM) team, you will play a key role in driving marketing excellence for our brand, helping to drive brand consistency and excellence across all touchpoints and markets to ensure that our brand remains relevant, distinctive, and trusted by our customers. You will work closely with marketing creators and cross-functional partners (i.e. Compliance, Legal) to ensure that our marketing partners are equipped with the knowledge and resources to deliver creative that meets our global brand standards.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as a brand consultant, expert, and steward of the American Express brand.
+ Review high-visibility marketing assets to ensure compliance with the global brand standard. Provide timely feedback and suggestions for updates within the designated timeline.
+ Partner with the Brand Managers on the team to deliver presentations and workshops to train marketers and agencies on the Amex brand and guidelines.

As a crucial member of the finance team, reporting into the Director of Finance. The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the team and implement the business finance strategy, ensuring that the business has highly effective finance processes, controls, and reporting procedures, which in turn will drive efficiency and excellence, resulting in business delivering a world-class finance function. You will be required to manage corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts, internal control and the day to day running of the finance function. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Go-to technical finance person within the business
  • Establish best-in-class month-end process, prepare the monthly management accounts and oversee bookkeeping activities
  • Manage our financial systems, policies, and processes
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements (such as UK GAAP/IFRS) as well as compliance from a tax perspective across the globe
  • Maintenance of balance sheet to a very high level of detail. Including: AP/AR balances, inventory balances, and accruals and prepayments
  • Prepare the year-end Financial Accounts and liaise with Auditors for both our UK and US entities
  • Implementation and maintenance of robust internal control systems across the organisation by identifying problems, improving practices, and writing new procedures
  • Support in the preparation of annual budgets and business forecasts
  • Liaise with 3rd parties where required, including accountants, auditors, banks, lenders, tax advisers and investors
  • Oversee AP/AR processes to ensure consistent and strong cashflows
  • Oversight of company expense policy, and approval of employee expenses

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified professional
  • Previous experience in Food/Retail/FMCG/ desirable
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to tell a story and go beyond the analysis
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting
  • Experience in preparing both statutory and management accounts, and experience of consolidation for a multi-entity business

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified professional with a minimum of three years post qualified experience

The Role: Lead Consulting – Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)


The lead for CPG leads the end-to-end consulting agenda for global and regional CPG clients, driving transformation across strategy, operations, digital, and analytics. This executive shapes and delivers high-impact solutions spanning growth, SG&A optimization, omni-channel enablement, supply chain transformation, and digital commerce. The role is responsible for business development, client relationship management, thought leadership, and the development of a high-performing consulting team

Your responsibilities:

Client Leadership & Growth

  • Serve as the primary advisor to C-level executives of leading CPG companies, shaping their transformation agendas and unlocking new growth opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and expand long-term client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead business development, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and contract negotiation.

Strategic Transformation

  • Develop and execute comprehensive transformation strategies across the CPG value chain: commercial, digital, supply chain, marketing, and SG&A.
  • Guide clients in digital commerce strategy, omni-channel integration, and advanced analytics adoption to drive competitive advantage.
  • Advise on operating model redesign, cost optimization, and organizational agility.

Thought Leadership & Market Impact

  • Represent the firm as a thought leader at industry conferences, client events, and in published research.
  • Shape the firm’s CPG consulting offerings, leveraging emerging technologies (AI, data, automation) and best practices.
  • Collaborate with global practice leaders to drive innovation and capability development.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Build and lead diverse, high-performing consulting teams; coach and mentor future leaders.
