Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager to support the Inclusive Solutions team in driving financial inclusion solutions that serve the underbanked, as well as support our overall sales and marketing enablement efforts. This role will split responsibilities between supporting financial inclusion initiatives (50%) and developing marketing and sales enablement materials to amplify our solutions across both financial inclusion and sustainability (50%).
Key Responsibilities
Inclusive Solutions Support for Financial Inclusion (50%)
• Drive initiatives to optimize product portfolios that expand access to inclusive financial services and support underserved segments.
• ollaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, and digital product leads—to support the delivery of scalable payment solutions for the underbanked.
• Suppo t stakeholder engagement efforts to align priorities and accelerate execution.
• C nduct market and user research to identify emerging trends in fintech and financial inclusion, translating insights into actionable product strategies.
Marketing & Sales Enablement for Financial Inclusion and Sustainability (50%)
• D velop compelling marketing collateral, presentations, and case studies to support sales and partner engagement.
• C llaborate with internal stakeholders to translate solutions into clear, value-driven messaging.
• M intain a library of up-to-date sales enablement materials and ensure alignment with brand and messaging guidelines.
• S pport the creation of content for internal and external communications, including newsletters, one-pagers, and digital campaigns.
Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in payments, financial services, or marketing roles; exposure to financial inclusion is a plus.
• S rong communication and writing skills, with experience creating marketing or sales materials.
• F miliarity with digital payment infrastructure and enablers (e.g., onboarding, authentication).
• A ility to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
• P oficiency in PowerPoint and other content creation tools; experience with agile environments is a plus.

You’ll solely be responsible for the success of your own local neighbourhood by achieving the following;
- Research your target audience and opportunities in your neighbourhood
- Build and leverage strong customer relationships with your local neighbourhood and community through constant selling, face to face meetings and understanding the customer needs
- Onboard new customers effectively & successfully whilst ensuring close working relationships with existing accounts and track activity using salesforce
- Work closely with your distribution partner/ driver for your neighbourhood to create a strong team for the community
- Deliver profitable volume growth and hit targets
- Monitor competitor and Independent market activity around your neighbourhood and propositions to ensure you are offering our customers the best solutions and insight from the biggest Foodservice provider in the world
We are looking for someone who has the ability to not only win new business but also maximise sales through our existing customers. Ideally you’ll come from a Field Sales/ Account Management background and be commercially astute, technically proficient in excel and building and maintaining relationships. Not to mention, you must have a passion for sales!
It would also be great if you had a food background, but this is not essential.
