Sales Executive – IT & Cloud Solutions Bromley Office | Full-time | 6-month probation with monthly reviews We’re looking for a driven, results-focused Sales Executive who loves building relationships, closing deals, and seeing the results of their hard work turn into real earnings. This role offers genuine, achievable earning potential — you’ll earn commission from your first sale, with extra rewards for consistent performance. What You’ll Do Build and manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting to closing. Win new clients and develop long-term accounts across multiple service areas. Present tailored solutions spanning Managed IT Support, Cloud Servers, App & Web Development, Cybersecurity, Consultancy, Hardware Supply, and more. Deliver consistent results against monthly and annual sales targets. Keep all activity and pipeline records updated in our CRM. What We’re Looking For Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within IT, technology, or software. A go-getter who’s proactive, competitive, and motivated by targets. Confident communicator and negotiator with excellent presentation skills. Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to manage your own pipeline. Full UK driving licence. What’s On Offer Base £30,000 commissio quarterly and annual bonuses. Realistic OTE around 0,000 (uncapped) — achievable through clear, performance-based rewards.
