Are you an experienced Oracle Architect with a passion for driving cloud transformation? Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver to-be business and integration architectures using established architectural decision record processes.

  • Provide architectural oversight to engineering teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment to design principles.
  • Collaborate with Oracle and third-party vendors (including offshore partners) to drive integration and system performance.
  • Review code and technical design artefacts as needed to ensure adherence to modern software design principles.
  • Resolve architectural challenges in complex HRIS environments in partnership with business and technology teams.
  • Influence technical and business stakeholders, securing buy-in for solution decisions and long-term architecture roadmaps.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with at least 3-5 years in a dedicated architect role.
  • Proven track record defining integrations and data architectures within large, complex organisations.
  • Solid knowledge of modern software design principles and practices (ability to review code, though hands-on coding is not required day-to-day).
  • Experience working in both Oracle Cloud and other vendor solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging engineering teams, business leaders, and external vendors.

Collaborate as a key member of the UK Oracle team. Develop credibility and relationships with client stakeholders. Excellent candidates should also be able to demonstrate: Understanding of Oracle Cloud’s AI capabilities Broad experience with Oracle technology & infrastructure We are looking for the following experience and skills: Oracle Cloud technologies and environment management Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud SaaS, PaaS and IaaS, especially on environment setup and management Certified in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Solid experience in implementing Oracle solutions. Sound knowledge of configuration management and environment management processes Have hands on experience in setting up and configuring OCI tenancy Collaborating with client IT and programme delivery stakeholders Great communication and client-facing skills.
