The Opportunity
We invite a subject matter expert in tank and pressure vessel engineering to consider future opportunities within our dynamic team at KBR. This highly respected role involves extensive interaction with clients, project managers, suppliers, senior leadership, and our global network of mechanical engineers across KBR's international offices.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership in the engineering of LNG storage tanks, atmospheric storage tanks, and pressure vessels. Relevant experience is typically gained through working for a consulting engineering firm or an end-user organisation.
What We Are Looking For:
+ A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Chartered engineer status is preferred.
+ Proven track record as a subject matter expert on energy transition and petrochemical projects, covering concept development, front-end engineering design, and detailed design.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of static equipment design standards relevant to energy transition or oil and gas sectors.

Key Responsibilities
1. Subject Matter Expertise:
- Design, develop, and refine computer science course content, ensuring alignment with IB frameworks, including the DP Computer Science syllabi.
- Provide subject matter expertise in computer science topics, algorithms, data structures, computational thinking, and emerging technologies.
- Create inquiry-based, student-centered learning materials that reflect familiarity with the DP’s emphasis on academic rigor, critical thinking, and holistic development.
2. Learning Design and Development:
