THE ROLE
The Technical Department at AllSaints are responsible for the fit and quality of all AllSaints products. We work closely with Design to execute their creative vision, whilst maintaining the quality and consistency of AllSaints’ products, ensuring the brand remains an iconic and high quality label.
As an experienced Garment Technologist you will report to the Head of Technical, whilst building tight knit relationship with the Design, PD, Buying, Pattern Room Teams and Vendors, to maintain high quality and on brand products.
You should come from a multi-product background with experience working on Leather Garments preferred and have a passion for all things technical when it comes to creating good quality garments.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Working closely with the Senior Technologists but reporting Directly to the Technical Manager
- Help Provide and Present Data reports so Team and Vendor performance can be monitored and improved
- Hold weekly Team meetings to ensure CP deadlines are on track so business objectives are met
- Managing the Production Sealing Tracker and ensuring Sealing deadline targets are met in line with the Company CP
- Guaranteeing that the fit is consistent across the collection and quality of garments is to the AllSaints standard
- Managing the block development process and ensuring Block Library is continually assessed and kept up to date
- Supporting the Design and Development Teams to ensure the AllSaints aesthetic is achieved
- Organising and managing fit meetings with all relevant teams
- Ensure that tech packs are updated with fit comments, spec and vendors informed inline with the CP
- Collaborating with the Technical team to produce high quality and uniform garments across all categories to drive a reduction in Faulty Returns
- Managing RISK assessment of product in close collaboration with the Product Development and Production Teams and Vendors
- Monitoring and advising on the safe operating standards essential in manufacturing
- Ensuring Digital technology is embraced (3D fittings, VC Fit meetings)
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
- Solid multi product technical background with an experience in Leather Garments preferred
- A natural when it comes to garment construction, pattern amendments and production requirements
- A background within a commercial and design environment
- An understanding of garment grading and vertical retailing
- A clear understanding of the design aesthetic of AllSaints
- Creative and analytical approach to ensure AllSaints remains an iconic brand that produces high quality and stylish products
- Team player who collaborates and directs with ease, motivating and developing others within your team
- Verging on a pathological organiser who prioritizes with ease coupled with state of the art time management skills
- Attention to detail is key as this is a fast paced role, so a sharp eye who is essential
- Advanced/Intermediate MS Office skills
