The Role:
- Your role is to sell the company's manufactured range of specialist ventilation products, this includes extract fans, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery and ducting products. li>Field/home based covering Kent, Surrey, South London, Sussex, Hampshire, Dorset, Gloucester, South Wales and the South West.
- Selling into Distributors, Resellers, Builders Merchant and Plumbers Merchants
- 70% Account Management and 30% New Business
- Well established region with more than £2M turn over li>Field based 4 days a week and home based 1 day
- Attending a minimum of 3 meeting a day when out in the field with our client expecting you to do prospecting on the way to and from calls

Job Purpose, Tasks and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
• Delivering targeted annual sales revenues from assigned key accounts
• Creating, owning and maintaining annual account growth plans including accurate forecasts and SWOT analysis
