Are you driven by getting out and about, meeting agents & land owners and finding sites? Do you feel hamstrung by your current company being less inclined to buy land? Are you bored of sitting at your desk processing site after site handed down from above?
I'm working with a leading developer who are looking to add to the team with a Land Manager who is pro-active in getting out to meet and cultivate relationships with agents and land owners, and to sniff out great land acquisition opportunities.
With money to spend on land acquisition, my client is well placed to do deals and bring through some new sites for development. Their target areas are South Bristol, Somerset and Devon, so experience in this area would be an advantage, but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with, and developing relationships with agents and land owners.
- Bringing new land acquisition opportunities to the table and securing sites for the business.
- Driving deals through the acquisition process.
- Working with the Land Director on existing opportunities and sites.
- Attending networking events and functions as a company representative.
On offer is a salary of circa 5k - 0k plus package, including a great land acquisition bonus.
