Land Manager
We have a position available for a Land Manager to join our Land team in Caterham, Surrey. A role in Land at Croudace is hugely varied and really encompasses a ‘cradle to grave’ approach from identifying and signing up opportunities to taking them through the planning process and then acquiring the land ready for development. Croudace really does provide, and encourage, involvement in all parts of land and planning.
With our ever-growing strategic land portfolio in mind, we are seeking to appoint someone with a town planning background to project manage live and forthcoming planning applications, working closely within the dynamic land team. Ideally, the successful candidate will come from a housebuilder, consultancy or local authority background.
Skills & knowledge you’ll bring :
- Qualified (MRICS/MRTPI) or working towards qualification
- Proven experience as a Land Manager or in a similar role
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the planning process
- Previous knowledge and experience of preparing and analysing financial appraisals
- Able to use Microsoft packages
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to build relationships with contacts within Land Agents, Planning Departments
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
