You'll be working with experienced technicians, learning how to strip, build, and test dampers that end up on some seriously cool vehicles. If you enjoy hands-on work, want to pick up proper workshop skills, and like the idea of being part of a team where your work really matters, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Helping to build and service dampers, learning each step of the process.
• Preparing, cleaning, and measuring components before they're assembled.
• Using specialist tools and workshop equipment (don't worry – we'll train you).
• Getting involved in testing and checking parts to make sure they meet spec.
• Keeping the workshop tidy, organised, and safe.
• Picking up new skills every day from people who've been doing this for years.
• One day a week on site learning at College.
