Job Responsibilities & Competencies
Analytical Thinking
+ Manipulate and transform large datasets to meet diverse business needs.

Digital Funnel & Customer Journey Optimisation:
You'll be responsible for optimising the digital funnel to help us meet performance targets and bring in new customers. That means aligning website activity with marketing strategy to drive engagement and conversion, and rolling out impactful marketing and trading initiatives that move the needle. From supporting day-to-day website operations like pricing, merchandising, and product launches to managing promotional rollouts, your work will directly influence performance.
You'll also work closely with our digital marketing teams to make sure everything from SEO, PPC, to paid media & affiliate strategies is aligned and driving traffic efficiently. With an eye for detail and a passion for improvement, you'll spot opportunities to enhance website performance, whether it's tweaking functionality, refining the layout, or making the customer journey more intuitive.
Enhancing the digital customer experience:
Improving the way our website looks, feels, and functions will be a key part of your role. You'll conduct regular site audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure a smooth, conversion-friendly customer experience. Working alongside experimentation teams, you'll help test enhancements and turn insights into meaningful upgrades. Qualifications:

You've worked on B2B, B2C, or SaaS e-commerce websites and know how to spot opportunities to improve the customer journey. You're experienced in managing projects and priorities across teams and are highly organised and analytical.
