You'll be responsible for optimising the digital funnel to help us meet performance targets and bring in new customers. That means aligning website activity with marketing strategy to drive engagement and conversion, and rolling out impactful marketing and trading initiatives that move the needle. From supporting day-to-day website operations like pricing, merchandising, and product launches to managing promotional rollouts, your work will directly influence performance.
You'll also work closely with our digital marketing teams to make sure everything from SEO, PPC, to paid media & affiliate strategies is aligned and driving traffic efficiently. With an eye for detail and a passion for improvement, you'll spot opportunities to enhance website performance, whether it's tweaking functionality, refining the layout, or making the customer journey more intuitive.

Working alongside experimentation teams, you'll help test enhancements and turn insights into meaningful upgrades. Whether it's improving navigation, refining content, or enhancing conversion paths, your input will shape a more effective and engaging digital experience.
You'll also support performance leads in tracking and improving key engagement and conversion metrics-making sure our customers not only find what they need but take action too.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Data is at the heart of this role. You'll dive into website performance metrics to uncover trends, highlight gaps, and identify opportunities for growth. Using tools and dashboards, you'll create clear and actionable daily, weekly, and monthly reports that inform both day-to-day tactics and long-term strategy.
Beyond reporting, you'll provide thoughtful, data-driven recommendations that enhance digital marketing effectiveness and customer engagement. By building a deep understanding of customer behaviour, you'll help guide decisions that shape our digital future.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Insights:
This role is highly collaborative, and you'll work across teams to align priorities, share insights, and support key strategic initiatives. You'll present your findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring they have the insights they need to make informed decisions.
You'll also run regular insights sessions to share key performance trends, while partnering with leadership to focus efforts where they'll have the biggest impact. Keeping an eye on market trends and competitor activity will also be part of your role-ensuring we stay one step ahead.

You bring hands-on experience in digital marketing or SaaS e-commerce and can show how your work has driven performance. You're confident working with website data and skilled at turning insights into practical, impactful actions. With a strong grasp of digital funnel metrics and the behaviours that drive self-service purchases, you understand what influences user experience and conversion.
