Our growing business is constantly innovating and investing to help drive the energy transition. Our people and projects are focused on supporting long-term sustainable growth and energy security.
Lightsource bp operates with five core values: **Safety** , **Integrity** , **Respect** , **Sustainability** , and **Drive** . We seek to attract and hire individuals who share our commitment to creating a safe workplace, uphold the highest standards of integrity, and demonstrate respect for colleagues, communities, and the environment. The successful candidate will play a role in the mentorship and development of less experienced team members
The role will also require ongoing asset performance analysis, calculation of KPIs (availability, performance ratios, etc.) and reporting both to be used internally and those delivered to asset owners, financial lenders, and tax equity partners. High rigour in reporting and analytical mindset are required for success in this role.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Participate in running of 365-day per year monitoring & control centre supporting UK O&M business
+ Log incident tickets that trigger work orders and dispatch of technicians to site
+ Monitor SCADA alarms to ensure incidents are identified within minutes of their occurrence
+ Create and deliver client KPIs and reports as required under O&M Contract
+ Assist in management of performance guarantee exposure and monthly performance guarantee administration with view to minimising LRSL's performance penalties and maximising performance bonuses
+ Root cause analysis of incidents and issues identified on plants
+ Participation in cross-functional operational huddles, bringing performance data to influence decision-making
+ Support continuous improvement efforts via the development of new tools for streamlining our data analysis and reporting automation (i.e., scripts to automate manual calculations, improve data manipulation or automate reporting / dashboards)
+ Key day-to-day stakeholder: O&M Regional Manager & Regional Planner
