You’ll be based in their Hertfordshire workshop, collaborating closely with the bespoke team to ensure each handmade piece meets the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Head of Bespoke with daily administrative tasks
- Assisting with client enquiries and bespoke quotations
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure seamless production timelines
- Conducting quality control checks on CAD designs and finished pieces
- Preparing condition reports for clients’ own stones
- Monitoring and ensuring timely delivery of bespoke orders
What They’re Looking For:
- Prior experience working in fine jewellery is essential
- Familiarity with diamonds and gemstones (a plus, but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards

This is an administrative role to begin with for the successful candidate to lead to a Producer role. The Production Assistant will work closely with the Group Director and the production team on the Africa Energy Forum and the YES! Summit to help over 550 speakers register and get organised. The successful candidate will also support the production team on EnergyNet’s portfolio of regional events which includes the YES! portfolio. The position will provide excellent ground for a candidate who wants the challenge of coming in and getting the production team and high-level speakers organised to deliver excellent events. The right candidate will be given the opportunity to develop their career within the business.

YES! will do this through a combination of live events and online offerings through the Beyond Privilege networking platform, which was launched in June 2023 and currently has over 13,000 members. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the production team through excellent administration and organisational skills to deliver the Africa portfolio of events taking place throughout the year, the flagship conference being the Africa Energy Forum (which has over 300 speakers) and will next take place Dubai in June 2025.
- Support the YES! team to deliver the YES! portfolio of events, including the flagship YES! Summit which will confirm over 250 speakers.
- Support the production team to plan and deliver other smaller regional conferences/events, for 2025 and beyond this includes events in Washington, Zambia and Ghana, through excellent administrative and organisational support.
- Communicate in a professional and timely manner with confirmed speakers to help them get organised for their participation, this will include liaising with government ministers, high level government officials and C-suite individuals.
- Connect with all confirmed speakers to send them information on the conferences/events and help them prepare for their speaking role, this will involve getting speakers registered and sending them event materials to action.
- Use returned registration information to build accurate records on the speaker database, to help deliver the events smoothly and to high standards.
- Use the EnergyNet registration system to check, amend and update registrations, download photos and accurately filter them through to where they need to go.
- Take responsibility for keeping the website constantly updated with agenda and speaker details.
- Support (and where needed lead) additional projects related to the conferences/events including networking sessions, fund raising events and targeted workshops.
- As the candidate settles into the role - suggest efficient processes to put in place to organise the EnergyNet Production team and their work.
- Work closely with the EnergyNet team to prepare and deliver the events to an exceptionally high standard, this includes the marketing, sales and operations teams.
- Work collaboratively onsite (at the event) to deliver the conferences/events and provide excellent experience for all attendees.
Requirements
