Key responsibilities

Undertaking a programme of regular estate inspections and audits related to caretaking and estate facilities and ensuring that estate cleaning and maintenance techniques are performed in  accordance with best practice and procedure.

Service Delivery

1. At the direction of the Estate Services Area Manager, to inspect and monitor the estate

services within the management area including caretaking, estate lighting, horticulture,

communal repairs, waste collections, play areas, sports pitches, and garages, ensuring

cleanliness and overall appearance. To maintain accurate records of all inspections

completed.

2. To ensure health and safety related tasks, including fire safety inspections and fire risk

on housing estates including community centres, estate noticeboards, premises

The learnings and verification insights gathered while certifying the Prime Video application on partner devices will be directly fed to the engineering teams working on maintaining the core features. A successful candidate will have an established background in device certification experiences, great communication and organizational skills, strong analytical reasoning, a motivation to achieve results in an environment eager to learn and, of course, a passion for TV and film. The role is based in London and will provide opportunity to travel to partner sites in Europe, Asia and America. We'd love to have you join us and keep improving our verification system and the rate of automation testings to ensure Prime Video work fine on shipping devices.
Basic Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or closely related Engineering field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge on testing strategy design and test cases creation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Persistence and determination to fully root-cause and resolve complex issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with embedded systems' certification will be a significant plus.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience of developing software in at least one of JavaScript, Python, Java.
- Knowledge of automation software test frameworks, such as JUnit or Selenium.
- OS fundamentals.
