What we’re looking for Essential : NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent), strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and management systems (e.g. ISO 45001), full UK driving licence. Desirable : NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH accreditation (Technical or higher), Fire Risk Assessor qualification, CITB SMSTS or NEBOSH Construction. At least 5 years’ experience in a senior health and safety management role with responsibility for risk assessments, training, compliance and procedure development. Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to develop solutions and advise senior management on emerging risks and regulatory changes. Investigate any health and safety issues raised by management or employees. Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are continually reviewed and updated. Provide guidance and reporting for the Health and Safety Committee Meetings disseminating lessons learned, providing minutes, and actions.
