Summary
As an Account Executive for Deel Talent, you’ll play a key role in helping our customers hire top talent globally—by connecting them with trusted talent partners, all within the Deel platform. While the core responsibilities align with our broader AE team, and you will need to develop a strong understanding of Deel’s product suite, this role is focused specifically on selling Deel Talent solutions. You’ll be responsible for identifying client needs, managing the sales cycle end-to-end, and helping customers scale their teams through global talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
Identify, qualify, and deeply understand client hiring needs to recommend the right Deel Talent solution and subsequent Deel Products ie, EOR, IC, COR, Global Payroll, US PEO
Deliver tailored demos of the Deel platform and Deel Talent solution, showing how we enable clients to hire globally with speed and ease
Collaborate with talent partners to align client demand with available talent
Work closely with core AEs and Expansion consultants
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline, and forecasting data in our CRM
Foster strong relationships across the sales org to deliver an exceptional client experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Customer Success, Human Resources, or a related field—or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, recruiting solutions, or global workforce platforms
Familiarity with global hiring practices and working with external partners or talent networks is a definite plus
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales automation, and pipeline management

You will be joining a great Sales Team that prides itself on providing excellent customer care. Our large, lively showroom features new cars from the Renault range such as Clio, Austral and new Renault 5. You will also be selling our approved used Renault vehicles.
You will also be selling add-ons, e.g. finance, insurance, extended warranties, service plans and other add-ons, all of which enhance your own personal earnings.
Candidates must have current job experience in motor vehicle retail, preferably with a main dealer.

Hours of work
