Are you a results-driven Sales Manager who thrives on delivering a premium customer experience from launch to handover?

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join their sales team to play a key role in achieving sales for our high-end and bespoke residential developments in the home counties around Surrey, West Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. 

About the role of Sales Manager

As Sales Manager you will enjoy managing your developments at every stage, right from show home launch to handover.

  • Manage the appointment of selling agents and solicitors for each of the developments, working in partnership with them to achieve sales in line with budgets.
  • li>Ensure the on site Sales Consultants are presenting both our developments and the company well. They are using our systems fully, following processes and have a thorough knowledge of our properties which are professionally presented to our customers.
  • Champion the use of our CRM system (Contact Builder) to manage the sales reservations process, ensuring they are progressed efficiently through to exchange and completion, providing support and communicating fully at each stage of the process.
  • Take pride in the presentation of our developments, actively looking at how we can improve this, working in collaboration with our build team to ensure quality is constantly at a high level.
  • Support with the marketing of developments with our internal team.
  • Provide regular insight into market trends, customer feedback and competitor analysis to ensure continual improvements in what we do.

About you

  • Demonstratable experience in new homes sales
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead remote teams working on developments
  • Good knowledge of property marketing
  • Practical knowledge of the Consumer Code for Housebuilders and New Homes Quality Code
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Great team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks to meet sales targets.

We’re now looking for a Sales Manager to lead both our Host Sales and Partnership Sales teams. These were previously separate teams, but we’re bringing them together under one clear, energetic leader. This is a hands-on role for someone who can close deals themselves, manage a team across two functions, and keep the pipeline moving on both fronts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach two small teams: Host Sales and Partnership Sales
  • Own and deliver personal and team sales targets across both functions
  • Drive acquisition of new hosts and new franchise-style partners
  • Develop and implement inbound and outbound sales strategies to increase volume
  • Build and manage partnerships and lead gen pipelines in the UK and globally
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and continuous team development
  • Analyse performance data and sales funnel to spot what’s working (and what’s not)
  • Ensure Close (CRM) is accurate and up to date at all times
  • Report key KPIs to the Global Head of Sales and the SLT
  • Represent Houst at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven success hitting targets as both an individual contributor and a team lead
  • Clear communicator who motivates others and leads by example
  • Strong understanding of the full sales lifecycle (and how to move deals along)
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable juggling priorities
