We have exciting opportunity for technically savvy individual to join our newly build Inside Sales Centre of Excellence in a heart of London.
This role will require knowledge of Arabic language (MSA) and 5 days a week attendance to our London office.
Working along side Inside Sales Account Managers, you will play a key role in developing the technology strategy and solutions for the accounts assigned to the Inside Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to provide technical expertise on a wide range of products and support defining the integration within the customer's technical environment.
Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
+ Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
+ Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes.
+ Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
+ Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
+ Develop and deliver technical onboarding for the new members of the Inside Sales team.
+ Provide technical updates to the team

Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
+ Proficient in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and English language.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Previous experience from sales environment is a plus.
+ Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
+ Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The salary for this position is 24,525 per annum, with an OTE of up to 35,000.

The training period will span over 6 months where you will earn 250 training bonus per month. After the training period has completed, the normal commission structure will commence.

During the first 4 weeks of training, you will be required to be in the office Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Benefits and Package for a Sales Representative:

  • Salary: 24,525 per annum, average OTE 35,000
  • Hours: 35 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day
    • Hours between:
    • Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 8pm
    • Saturday, 9am - 5.30pm
    • Sunday, 10am - 5pm
    • 1 in 4 weekends (either a Saturday or Sunday)

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Representative:

  • Handling inbound calls and assisting customers in finding the right solutions to meet their needs
  • Providing comprehensive options to customers, including those with complex needs
  • Handling delicate conversations with care and professionalism
  • Being able to address and resolve customer concerns

Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Representative:

  • Ideally, you should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • You should have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, especially in sensitive situations
  • A minimum of 1 year in a previous sales role, with experience in a service-driven environment, is preferred
  • Being able to communicate professionally and in a kind and sensitive manner with a range of people is required

Are you a sales professional from an engineering or industrial background looking to join a stable, well-established business that offers excellent training and genuine long-term progression?


This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a field-based sales role where 80% of your time will be focused on managing existing accounts, with the remaining 20% dedicated to new business development.

Covering the West Midlands region, you'll manage a warm, loyal customer base while identifying new opportunities to drive growth. You'll be backed by a supportive internal team and given autonomy to manage your own territory.


This role would suit someone with external sales experience in a technical environment, ideally with knowledge of cutting tools, abrasives, or welding equipment.


The Role:

  • 80% managing and growing existing customer accounts
  • 20% developing new business within the engineering sector
  • Field-based with full autonomy and strong internal support


The Person:

  • Proven B2B sales experience in the engineering, industrial or manufacturing sectors
  • Ideally has product knowledge in cutting tools, abrasives, or welding supplies
  • Full UK driving licence and comfortable travelling regionally
