Overview:

You’ll join a stable and experienced multidisciplinary team supporting adults with acquired brain injuries, progressive neurological disorders, Huntington’s, stroke, and TBI. The provider is well regarded for clinical quality, internal development, and continuity of care and a recent “Good” CQC rating.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of residents with complex communication and swallowing disorders
- Conduct specialist speech, language, cognitive communication, and dysphagia assessments
- Deliver individualised treatment plans and contribute to service development
- Collaborate with a well-established MDT (SLTs, OTs, Physios, Psychologists, Nursing & Medical)
- Provide support to junior staff or therapy assistants

- Bachelors in Speech and Language Therapy
- A minimum of two years' post-grad experience
- A minimum of one years' experience in paediatrics
- Passion and dedication for working with children
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
