We’re now looking for a Supply Chain Manager based out of our London or Birmingham office to provide supply chain management and support in our fast paced, growing facilities management business. Reporting directly into our Head of Procurement, this is a brand new role so you’ll really have the chance to make it your own.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Align the supply chain strategy with the company’s needs to ensure the business is provided best in class suppliers at competitive rates, to enhance our overall service offering to our customers
- Support the delivery of profit improvement for our clients through better buying
- Increase preferred supplier framework agreements
- Provide supply chain nominations for category management through adopting best in class procurement practices throughout the business
- Analyse spend data to rationalise the supply chain, optimise the use of preferred suppliers and track progress to ensure targets are achieved
- Arrange and attend supplier days to capture innovation and deliver Dalkia’s expectations, both for Procurement and individual contracts, creating a template and agenda and providing support where required
- Create a business wide SRM strategy, providing templates, structure and support
- Capture and report on performance of the supply chain
- Support corrective action plans
- Produce reports on growth & reward schemes, increased use of preferred suppliers and rationalisation of the supply chain benefits, to be communicated to the business
- Take ownership of supplier onboarding processes and acceptance criteria
- All other areas surrounding procurement tasks
To be successful in the role you will have:
- A procurement supply chain background in facilities management or similar service outsourcing business
- Intermediate Excel skills inc. pivot tables, v look ups, formulas – to be assessed as part of the selection process
- Experience of Power Bi Reporting
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- CIPS Level 4

We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially astute Supply Chain Manager to lead the development and optimization of our global supply chain for turnkey retail display equipment and component supply across metalwork, joinery, plastics, and print. This role is pivotal in ensuring cost-effective, high-quality, and timely delivery of materials and finished goods to support our clients’ needs.
The Role: Supply Chain Manager
Responsible for developing and managing a global supply chain for turnkey retail display equipment and component materials including metalwork, joinery, plastics, and print. The role focuses on supplier identification, cost optimization, quality assurance, and strategic sourcing to support scalable, high-quality retail solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and supplier partners is key to ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of goods.
Location: London or Fleet in UK, M ijdrecht in Netherlands or Lodz in Poland
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Supplier Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers capable of delivering turnkey retail display solutions and individual components.
- Build long-term partnerships with manufacturers across metalwork, joinery, plastics, and print disciplines.
- Supply Chain Optimization:
- Working closely with the estimating teams, develop and implement sourcing strategies that reduce cost, improve quality, and ensure supply continuity.
- Drive regional and global sourcing initiatives to support scalability and responsiveness.
- Cost Management & Negotiation:
- Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for savings across the supply base.
- Quality & Compliance:
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure supplier compliance with product specifications, sustainability standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with design, engineering, project management, and operations teams to align sourcing strategies with project requirements.
- Support new product development with early supplier involvement and feasibility assessments.
- Market Intelligence & Risk Management:
- Stay abreast of market trends, material innovations, and geopolitical risks affecting supply chains.
