The Role: Supply Chain Manager

Responsible for developing and managing a global supply chain for turnkey retail display equipment and component materials including metalwork, joinery, plastics, and print. The role focuses on supplier identification, cost optimization, quality assurance, and strategic sourcing to support scalable, high-quality retail solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and supplier partners is key to ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic Supplier Development:
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers capable of delivering turnkey retail display solutions and individual components.
  • Build long-term partnerships with manufacturers across metalwork, joinery, plastics, and print disciplines.
  • Supply Chain Optimization:
  • Working closely with the estimating teams, develop and implement sourcing strategies that reduce cost, improve quality, and ensure supply continuity.

  • Commercially aware, with a proven ability to analyse costs and improve supply chain KPIs.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
