Our client based in West Drayton is looking for an Amazon Specialist – Growth-Focused Marketplace Manager to join their team.

Our client is a fast-growing, UK-based business specialising in licensed children’s products, distributed primarily through retail partners. With a strong foothold in physical retail, we are now investing in growing our Amazon division into a major direct-to-consumer (D2C) revenue channel. Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Product Specialist, Amazon Publisher Cloud (APC) in Europe, you will be a strategic business partner, leveraging your domain expertise in privacy-enhancing technologies, data clean rooms, media analytics, media operations, and data governance. You should have deep knowledge of advertising and marketing use cases spanning media planning, activation, measurement, personalization, recommendation, contextual analysis, and audience cohort development.



In this role, you will identify technical requirements and implementation patterns to inform product development and go-to-market strategies. You will be a technical subject matter expert, driving complex discussions and interacting with customer stakeholders at all levels. Your strong business acumen and technical competence will enable you to effectively analyze and articulate APC's advantages, craft compelling technical value propositions, and communicate complex concepts to varied audiences.



As a strategic technical partner to both internal teams and external customers, you will identify technical requirements and implementation patterns to inform product development and go-to-market strategies. This position requires both deep technical expertise in audience strategies, clean room technologies and strong business acumen. Sr. Specialists drive complex technical discussions and interact with customer technical stakeholders at all levels. They must have the technical competence to analyze and articulate APC's advantages. Candidates must have the capability to craft and convey compelling technical value propositions, and to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to varied audiences.



As the primary lead for APC in the Europe region, you will serve as a strategic technical partner to key internal teams like Amazon DSP, Ad Sales, and Amazon Publisher Services. In this capacity, you will provide deep technical expertise during customer engagements, enabling our partner teams to effectively communicate APC's unique technical capabilities and differentiators.



The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions, and work cross-organizationally to build consensus. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and scrappiness is a must.

Do you want to join the Amazon Alexa Smarthome team in Europe? Amazon Devices is looking for a customer-obsessed, analytical, results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to drive demand for Smarthome products in Europe.



In this highly visible role, you will manage the online sales and marketing strategies for Smarthome products, working closely with global and local sales, site merchandising and advertising teams across Amazon to ensure your product category reaches its maximum potential.



Our ideal candidate will have extensive online marketing experience, be able to analyze forecasting and sales data to propose marketing initiatives, and have experience of driving demand for a business or category. You must be comfortable working both at the strategic level and diving deep into implementation as needed (including managing campaigns, writing business requirements and analyzing data). You will show hustle, take ownership and help foster a high-energy, high-performance culture.



Key job responsibilities

- Creating promotions and marketing strategy for the year and event by event, taking onboard learnings from previous events.

- Driving deals unit volume improvements

- Driving the OP1/OP2/QxG and other planning cycles

- Leading interaction with central retail and promotions teams, to align on goals, processes and execution in key events.

- Testing and learning from new strategies



About the team

Amazon Devices is the team behind the best-selling Amazon Echo, Smarthome, Kindle E-Reader, Fire Tablet, Fire TV, and Home Security product lines.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with end to end product delivery

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience as a product manager or owner

- Experience owning technology products

- Experience with product cycles of 6+ months

- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
