Maintain seasonality trends and impact of exceptional market changes: Promotional activity, national/international events. Monitor periodical performance measures and supplier/customer non-conformance to enable process improvement in the Supply Chain. Provide fact-based analysis with a corrective action plan Build on collaborative working relationships with key customers to drive forecast accuracy, process improvements, and free flow of information and generally enhance Sales Management, Supplier & Customer working relations. The key objective to optimize Inventory velocity (LTS/DIO) and cash flow. Weekly S&OP meeting with supplier factory to update production plan and prepare rolling forecast template Ensure regular review and reporting of progress to the Demand Planning Manager, Sales Head, SCM director, and European Supply Chain of progress in the realisation of all relevant KPIs, identify bottlenecks and recommendation of appropriate remedial action. About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Production Support

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, Accounting Technician) or equivalent experience.

  • Good working knowledge of UK tax, PAYE, IR35, VAT, and accounting standards.
  • Strong budgeting and cost-tracking skills.

Our client, an acclaimed independent film and television production company, is searching for a visionary Lead Production Designer to conceptualize and realize the visual world for upcoming projects, working entirely remotely. This exciting opportunity allows you to bring your creative expertise to bear on diverse narratives, shaping the aesthetic and atmosphere of films and series from concept to completion. As the Lead Production Designer, you will be responsible for interpreting scripts, developing compelling visual concepts, and overseeing the creation of all physical and digital environments. Your role will encompass sketching, storyboarding, creating mood boards, researching historical and contemporary styles, and collaborating closely with directors, cinematographers, and art directors to define the overall look and feel. You will manage the art department budget, procure materials, oversee set construction, dressing, and prop acquisition, ensuring artistic integrity and practical feasibility. The ability to effectively communicate and manage a remote team, including set designers, illustrators, and graphic artists, is paramount. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing a proven ability to design unique and memorable worlds across various genres. Experience with 2D and 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite) is essential, as is a deep understanding of filmmaking processes, construction methods, and historical design periods. A degree in Fine Arts, Production Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. This role demands exceptional creativity, strong leadership, and the ability to work autonomously within a remote collaborative environment, delivering world-class artistic direction for captivating visual storytelling.
