About the roleWe’re looking for a next-generation content strategist who’s more than a writer. Someone who lives at the cutting edge of AI, creativity and buyer empathy – and knows how to bring it all together in a way that actually moves people. You believe in clarity over jargon, authenticity over fluff, and you know how to turn complex ideas into simple, sharp, and relatable content. You understand how your audience thinks, how they work, and what actually matters to them, and you ensure every piece of content reflects that.
In this role, you’ll lead the content function end-to-end. From strategy to execution. From original insights to repeatable systems. You’ll sharpen and scale Zone & Co’s voice – ensuring it stays consistent, human, and unmistakably ours – and build a content engine that drives real business impact across every channel. You’ll coach writers on how to use AI responsibly and effectively, and you’ll partner with SMEs, sales, product and marketing to deliver content that educates, inspires, and converts. This role is responsible for exemplifying excellent customer service and the Company core values, culture, policy and procedures at all times.
In this role, you will:
- Own and execute the global content strategy, aligning it with business goals and audience needs.
- Use AI tools and workflows to boost efficiency, scale production, and track performance.
- Apply SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to maximize content reach and discoverability.
- Manage contractors and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand content on time.
- Lead content ideation, develop engaging assets across multiple formats, and manage the content calendar.
- Analyze performance, optimize based on insights, and report results against KPIs.
- Repurpose content into videos, infographics, and interactive formats to expand impact.
- Mentor team members, provide feedback, and establish best practices for consistency and innovation.
- Stay ahead of trends, tools, and competitor strategies to keep content competitive and cutting-edge.
- Partner with marketing and design teams to deliver compelling content across the customer journey.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, communications, or a related role, ideally within SaaS or fintech.
- Proven track record in content strategy, editorial management, or similar marketing functions.
- Deep expertise in building and leveraging AI tools for content creation, optimization, and scale.
- Solid understanding of SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies, with hands-on experience in content discoverability and distribution.
- Skilled at managing contractors and freelancers, providing clear direction, feedback, and quality control.
- Adept at aligning content with business objectives and audience needs through strategic thinking.
- Expertise in content lifecycle management, from ideation to execution and optimization.
- Proficient with CMS platforms, SEO tools, and digital marketing systems.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring performance and optimizing content.
- Collaborative and effective at stakeholder management across teams and global regions.
