Many of our schools have already introduced the 4DWW — and others are preparing to roll it out as soon as they reach full staffing. So, whether it’s already in place or just around the corner, now’s the perfect time to join #teamOFG.
Role: Senior Teacher - Academic Curriculum
Location: Bricklehurst Manor School, Stonegate, TN5 7EL
Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum dependent on experience (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (including one 5 pm finish)
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
Start Date: January 2026

Key Responsibilities:

- Champion the raising of literacy and numeracy standards across all subjects through innovative strategies and collaborative initiatives.

- Experience or clear readiness to take on a leadership role with responsibility for curriculum design, implementation, and staff mentoring.
- In-depth knowledge of SEMH needs and a committed understanding of trauma-informed, relational, and inclusive approaches to teaching and behaviour management.
