Job Description
Client Services is such an integral part of a print business. You're the face of the business to the client and the face of the client internally to the business. You know this, though, and you love all the interaction and touchpoints.
As an Account Manager here, you'll be part of a small and agile team. There are only 12 of them and recently have gone through an acquisition which now puts the business in a very strong position with multiple offerings but importantly, it is right now that they are at the start of this new, exciting and ambitious next phase of the business.
You'll be reporting to one of the Directors. He's incredible. There's not much you wouldn't learn from him, so as a mentor, a sounding board, he's up there! The idea is that they will offload some of the key relationships they have to the rest of the client services team (including you). Whilst this will be a gradual change, you'll be in a position to hit the ground running from having your Large Format or Signage knowledge already, get to know the clients, the process and then fly!
As I mentioned earlier, this is the start of an exciting time for the business. The acquisition was great; They have inherited a brilliant business. One that is now being built out, bringing lots of opportunities for the people of the business.
Given that you are coming from a printing or signage background, it would be great if you knew your way around the MIS system, Clarity. That's not essential though as they can and will train you on that as it is and will be, your lifeblood of getting things done.
You'll be responsible for the whole process of the creative print job. You'll take the brief from the client, estimate and return costings, and brief the job into Studio, Production and the wider CS team. You'll report back to the client with major updates and hopefully have an opportunity to increase revenue from developing strong relationships.
I told you you would be covering lots of touchpoints!
So if you've got a bit of experience in the large format printing or the signage industry and fancy a new challenge, then this one could be for you. Get in touch for any questions you may have or ping us your details and we will get the ball rolling.
