Looking to lead a high-impact analytics team and shape commercial strategy at the heart of one of the UK’s busiest transport networks?
This organisation operates long-distance intercity passenger services across one of the country’s most vital rail corridors. With over 30 million journeys per year , commercial performance and strategic planning are critical to continued success — and this role is central to driving both.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of analysts focused on demand forecasting, pricing effectiveness, and revenue protection
- Own the development and delivery of commercial reports for senior stakeholders and regulators
- Shape the analytical strategy behind annual business planning and revenue targets
- Build commercial models to support pricing, partnerships, and customer experience decisions

- Highly analytical with experience across SQL, Power BI or Tableau
- Strategic thinker who enjoys both shaping direction and delivering operational impact
- Confident communicator — comfortable working across senior leadership and external stakeholders
This is a brilliant role for someone looking to step into a senior leadership analytics position with real visibility and influence — driving commercial performance in a fast-paced, operationally complex environment.
