They're looking for a senior-level Audio Guarantee to lead their audio department designing, building, and delivering bespoke systems across studio, location, and OB environments.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role blending in-house prep and real-world production, ideal for someone with strong experience in live, factual, and multicam TV formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, prep, and quality control of audio systems for broadcast productions
- Interpret client briefs and provide technical input to project teams
- Supervise rig and de-rig operations, including frequency planning and wireless coordination
- Manage and mentor junior audio team members
- Maintain and track inventory to ensure reliability and readiness
- Create documentation, rigging diagrams, and workflow checklists
- Stay current with industry technology and best practices
About You
- Significant experience as an Audio Guarantee, Broadcast Sound Supervisor, or Senior Audio Technician
- Comfortable leading teams and working collaboratively across departments
- Strong working knowledge of analogue, MADI, Dante and wireless systems
- Skilled in troubleshooting and delivering under pressure
- Passionate about high standards, clear communication, and continuous improvement
- Confident in both fieldwork and warehouse environments

The Role:We are seeking an experienced AV Installation and Commissioning Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of corporate AV systems.
Key Duties:- Carry out the installation of corporate AV hardware including control systems, projectors, screens, cabling, cameras, microphones, and speakers.
- Build data racks to a tidy, high standard.
- Configure audio DSPS.
- Commission and test installed systems.
- Make alterations to DSP configurations where required.
- Carry out firmware updates and upload pre-written programme files to control systems.
- Provide necessary product training to clients and handover once completed.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Minimum of 1 year AV installation experience.

On-site support to clients, including troubleshooting, fault finding and issue resolution of technology control solutions in the high-end residential sector
Main Duties
