Role: Demand Planner - Cosmetics
Location: Central London - Hybrid
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
We're excited to be partnering with a fast-growing cosmetics scale-up that is expanding its supply chain and operations team. They are looking for a talented Demand Planner to join their fantastic team in London.
In this role, you will own global demand forecasting and inventory planning, ensuring products are in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities – across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels.

In this role, you will…
- Develop and maintain a rolling demand forecast for all SKUs, incorporating input from sales, marketing, and NPD teams.
- Analyse historical sales, seasonal trends, promotional activity, and market insights to improve forecast accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels across multiple channels and warehouses, proactively identifying and addressing potential shortages or overstocks.
- Partner with NPD and marketing to build forecasts for new launches and product lifecycle transitions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecast accuracy and operational efficiency.
About you
- 2+ years’ experience in demand planning/forecasting, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, or premium FMCG.
- Strong numerical ability with proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and experience using ERP systems.
- Ability to understand market trends, promotional calendars, and their impact on demand.
- Skilled at working cross-functionally and presenting insights clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, able to prioritise multiple projects and deadlines.
