About the role:

As a CRM Manager , you will play a vital role in supporting and maintaining their business-critical CRM system, transitioning from alms.NET to Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the coming years. Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CRM, ensuring effective data quality processes and compliance with GDPR. 
  • Collaborate with IT to enhance CRM security and user management. 
  • Oversee the implementation of Dynamics 365 configurations and manage data integrations. 
  • Provide training and support to staff on CRM functionalities, enhancing cross-departmental collaboration. 
  • Monitor CRM performance, manage user requests, and build strong relationships with third-party suppliers.
