Our client, a well-established Factoring company who specialises in providing structured, secured business loans to SMEs, is seeking an Data Processing Specialist, & Data Processing Assistant to support the Client Management team and ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery for a portfolio of clients. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail, who enjoys working with both data and people.


The Role

  • Processing and reconciling debtor receipts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Managing daily cash allocations, suspense accounts, and client remittances.
  • Preparing reconciliations against bank statements and internal systems.
  • Supporting sales ledger management, including client updates and verification notes.
  • Liaising with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
  • Assisting with reporting, client correspondence, and general operational tasks.
  • Identifying risks and escalating potential issues to safeguard client relationships.

Position: Specialist, IT Recruiter


We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to assist with hiring highly qualified IT profiles worldwide. The ideal candidate is proficient in English, has experience working with diverse cultures, and can communicate effectively with candidates from various backgrounds.


Key accountabilities


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for diverse positions across the Global IT Department.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and translate them into effective talent strategies.
  • Source and engage top talent using innovative sourcing techniques and building strong talent pipelines.
  • Lead stakeholder engagements including intake meetings, progress updates, and candidate debriefs.
  • Champion candidate experience , ensuring a seamless and professional journey for all applicants.
  • Build market intelligence decks to inform and advise business leaders on hiring trends and competitor activity.
  • Leverage data and insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.



Qualifications and Experience

  • A results-oriented recruiter with a passion for tech and innovation.
  • A relationship builder who can influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • A creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experienced in recruiting for IT industries , ideally within fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management , with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable working across cross-regional and cross-cultural teams
  • Analytical and tech-savvy, with a strong grasp of recruitment metrics and tools.
