Daniel Owen are currently seeking qualified Electrical Installation Engineer to carry out installation, maintenance, containment and testing etc. within domestic and social housing communal areas.
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical installation, maintenance and testing works as required. The ideal candidate should be capable of installation, maintenance, containment, re-wires and testing works efficiently and to a good standard.
Requirements for the Electrical Tester
- NVQ Level 3 Installation, 18th Edition, ECS Gold Card
- Full UK Manual Driving License

My client are seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Engineer / Control Panel Electrician to join their team. The successful candidate will have proven experience working on industrial sites, building and installing control panels, and carrying out electrical installation tasks to a high standard. This role will involve both workshop and site-based work, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, wire, and test industrial control panels in accordance with electrical drawings and specifications.
- Install control panels, mains supplies, 24V DC systems, communication cables, and cable containment systems on industrial sites.
- Carry out wiring and installation of motors, sensors, and related industrial equipment.
- Install, terminate, and test various types of cables, including power, control, and data cables.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and engineering documents.
- Work to strict health and safety guidelines while on-site and in the workshop.
- Conduct fault finding, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
