Role: Full-Time Sports Coach
Hours: 40 hrs/week across 5.5 days (typically 8:30–15:30 Mon–Fri, 9:00–12:30 Sat )
Salary: Competitive £17,000 – £9,000 per year (Term time contract)

Who We're Looking For
A dedicated, compassionate coach with a passion for working with primary-aged children , including those with SEND .
- Proven experience coaching in school environments —or expertise in SEND/coaching children with SEN , as we provide tailored coaching training.
- You’ll primarily work across nursery sports sessions , designing engaging activities, managing behaviour, and ensuring positive outcomes.
- Eager to integrate with our team and represent our core values—fun, inclusivity, and child-centred play.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver dynamic sports sessions for nursery and primary-aged children, including children with SEND
- Plan activities, manage equipment, and ensure safety throughout sessions
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and school staff
- Participate in team meetings and support additional sessions (holiday camps, after-school clubs)
Essential Criteria
- Experience coaching children in school settings , with SEN/SEND experience
- Hold (or be working toward) a recognised sports/coaching qualification (e.g., FA Level 1 or equivalent multi-sports award)
- Excellent communication and classroom behaviour management skills
- Available weekdays + Saturday mornings
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
Desirable Extras
- FA Level 2 or higher, or multi-sports equivalent
- First-aid and safeguarding certifications
- Experience in after-school, holiday camps, or community settings
- Passion for disability sports and inclusive coaching

The Role
As a Part‑Time Sports Coach , you’ll:
- Primarily lead our nursery sports sessions with age‑appropriate, engaging activities
- Deliver fun, active sessions for children aged 2–4 and above
- Plan and implement structured, safe, and inspiring sessions
- Support setup, equipment checks, and pack‑down
- Inspire young players, nurture teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence
- Bonus: Additional hours may be available in our holiday camps, 5‑a‑side leagues, and after‑school clubs
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Experience coaching across all age groups, especially 2–4 year olds
- Hold (or be working toward) a recognised sports/coaching qualification (e.g. FA Level 1 or multi‑sports equivalent)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage all the football elements at our Maidstone Sixth Form Post-16 site, leading the coaching of players day-to-day (after school on site), and managing games on Wednesdays
REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking to find highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate football coaches to take on part-time self-employed coaching hours to help us increase the opportunities for children in the local community.
The Role
The Football Fun Factory is the UKs fastest-growing childrens football coaching franchise and most of our Head Coaches are franchisees, owning and operating their very own football coaching franchise.
This role is to lead in the running of Football Fun Factory sessions. We have Lead Coach and Assistant Coach positions available with sessions in Luton.
The Person
You will be a superstar football coach with an ability to engage and inspire children. You will need to be an excellent face to face communicator and fantastic at building and developing relationships with both parents and children.
Qualifications
You will need a football coaching qualification, first aid certification and valid DBS check.
Hours
Hours will vary depending on your availability.
We have sessions that take place during the evening and weekends, as well as the potential of Camps in the school holidays and parties and events.
Our hope is that the successful candidate will want to take on as many coaching hours as possible and to grow their schedule over time.
Location
Your place of work will vary, as you will deliver sessions across the local community in the evenings and weekends. We currently have sessions in the following locations: Chalk Hills / Lea Manor.
