Overview
About the role.
The Head of SEO is a senior figure within the digital activation department, leading the SEO department. They will lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering industry leading solutions and driving excellence in client performance.
This role will be responsible for owning the P&L and growth of the SEO department, owning senior client engagements, integration into the business and staying at the forefront of the industry.
This is both an outward and inward facing role, requiring both external facing profile building and behind the scenes leadership to generate new business, retain and grow clients, nurture and develop a leading department and improve across all key metrics.
This role reports in to the Head of Digital Activation.
Responsibilities

You will have a laser focus on revenue growth and will be responsible for:
- Own the revenue and profitability across all clients
- Be accountable for diligent and well informed forecasting across all of your accounts.
- Identify, and ensure your team are able to identify, organic growth opportunities
- Lead new business initiatives and cross sells to clients
- Create new prospects through networking and external recognition
You will be an expert communicator able to talk to anyone from a new starter to the CMO of a
