Hedge Fund seeks a Project Manager with a particular focus on technology change initiatives as part of a new build of a Business Change team.


This is the funds first Business Change hire and will support further appetite for growth and scale.


Key duties will involve but not limited to;

  • Leading numerous projects across the fund, with a particular focus on technology change.
  • Building a business change function to execute the vision of growth and scale.
  • Engaging with the business to scope and gather requirements effectively and efficiently.
  • Take said requirements and define to developers/technology and relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate execution and build.
  • Communication through user stores, workflow diagrams and flow charts.
  • Engaging with the business and managing key stakeholders throughout project lifecycle;
  • Typical projects include;
  • System implementation of third party platforms across front and middle office.
  • System upgrades.
  • Data incorporation and migration.
  • Infrastructure build for new trading lines and breaking in to new regions.
  • Fund launches.
  • PM onboarding and new relationship onboarding.


Experience required;


Project Management/Business Analysis experience in Hedge Fund, Investment Bank or Asset Management is a must.


Broad project coverage is also advantageous with a particular slant to tech projects and system implementation.


Strong business knowledge in regards to hedge fund trading ideally in a multi strategy multi pod environment would also be highly desired.
