We are looking for a Director of Strategic Accounts to protect and grow our most valuable asset: our enterprise customers. You will be directly responsible for navigating the complexities of enterprise renewals, defending Ometria’s position in key processes including RFPs, and ensuring the long-term success and retention of our most strategic clients.
This is a senior, highly commercial role for a Martech enterprise sales specialist who thrives on building C-level relationships and winning competitive deals.

Key Outcomes:
- Secure Enterprise Renewals: You will own and lead the renewal process for a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, successfully navigating competitive RFP scenarios to ensure their retention.
- Drive Strategic Growth: Go beyond simple renewals to identify and close opportunities for expansion and upsell within your accounts, contributing directly to Net Revenue Retention.
- Develop C-Suite Champions: You will build and nurture multi-threaded relationships at the highest level of our clients’ organizations, turning key stakeholders into vocal advocates for Ometria.
- Be the Voice of the Customer: You will leverage your deep client relationships and industry knowledge to provide critical insights back to Ometria’s Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will lead the end-to-end commercial strategy for all renewals in your portfolio, from initial risk assessment to final contract execution.
- You will orchestrate and lead a cross-functional internal team (including Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Finance) to present a unified and compelling case for renewal.
- You will act as the lead negotiator on all commercial, legal, and procurement discussions, ensuring the best possible outcome for Ometria in every deal.
- You will develop and maintain deep expertise in our clients' businesses, the competitive landscape, and the broader retail market to act as a trusted advisor.
- You will leverage your existing network within the retail industry to generate insights and strengthen Ometria's position in key accounts.
About You:
- Experienced Sales Executive: You have significant experience in enterprise SaaS sales, specifically within the Martech industry, with a proven track record of exceeding targets on deals with an ACV of £200k+.
- C-Suite Advisor: You instinctively build and manage C-level stakeholder relationships, turning them into champions to drive a positive outcome in deals and negotiations. You have a strong network of senior leaders in the EMEA retail industry.
- Master Negotiator: You can expertly navigate complex procurement, finance, legal, and business stakeholder requirements to achieve the best negotiation outcome in every deal.
