  • Minimum of 8 years of post-doctoral experience in the pharmaceutical industry or biotechnology sector, with a focus on drug discovery.
  • Demonstrated expertise in synthetic organic chemistry and medicinal chemistry principles.
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and synthesizing novel drug candidates.
  • Strong understanding of structure-activity relationships (SAR), ADMET properties, and pharmacokinetic principles.
  • Experience with various assay formats and in vitro/in vivo pharmacology is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a publication record.
  • Ability to lead projects, mentor junior scientists, and work effectively in a collaborative, remote team environment.
  • Proficiency in chemical drawing software and databases.
