  • Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral experience in medicinal chemistry within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and synthesizing novel compounds for drug discovery programs.
  • Expertise in synthetic organic chemistry, including reaction optimization and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of drug discovery principles, ADME/Tox considerations, and SAR analysis.
  • Experience with common medicinal chemistry software and databases.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Publications in peer-reviewed journals and/or patent filings are desirable.
