- Ph.D. in Organic or Medicinal Chemistry from a reputable institution.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of post-doctoral experience in medicinal chemistry within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully contributing to the discovery and optimisation of drug candidates.
- Extensive experience in modern synthetic organic chemistry techniques and instrumentation.
- Strong understanding of drug discovery principles, ADME/Tox properties, and bioassays.
- Proficiency in using chemical drawing and modelling software.
