About the role

We're seeking experienced counselors to join our Clinical Affiliates Network. This role involves providing face-to-face short-term counseling services to client companies and their employees, managing online referrals, and collaborating with our Case Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage online referrals promptly

  • Provide short-term counseling (3-8 sessions) to clients

  • Offer timely written/verbal feedback and case notes

  • Report risk events to the Case Management Team

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • BACP/UKCP/COSCA/BPS, NCS, BABCP accredited practitioner or equivalent
  • If not accredited: Diploma level qualification, registered member of a professional counseling body, 3 years post-qualification experience, and 450+ counseling hours
  • Ability to work within a short-term counseling model in an EAP context
  • Professional indemnity insurance of at least £1,000,000
  • Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a Data Controller
  • Access to a suitable, dedicated consulting room with appropriate privacy and waiting area
  • IT literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, email, and online systems
  • Understanding of organizational dynamics and workplace issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Case Management team
