- Comprehensively handle administrative tasks within the warehouse, including procurement, distribution, collection, and maintenance management.
- Fulfill administrative duties, being responsible for the management of the procurement process for office equipment and electronic devices.
- Take overall charge of warehouse consumables management. Monitor usage progress in real - time, scientifically plan procurement schedules, and ensure timely and accurate consumption material requisitioning, avoiding waste or shortages.
- Assist in promoting the control of warehouse hard costs. Achieve cost - reduction goals by optimizing resource allocation and improving work processes.
Job Requirements

- Have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders.

- Source, negotiate, and confirm services at competitive rates while maintaining quality.
- Check itineraries, contracts, and supplier confirmations for accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare and verify rooming lists, vouchers, and payment schedules.

- Liaise with accounts to ensure payments are processed on time.
- Participate in familiarisation trips to enhance product knowledge.
