The role
You will lead a passionate team of four analysts, empowering them to become trusted partners across product, risk, sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Strategic Leadership: Develop a deep understanding of Funding Circle’s customers, product vision, and business strategy. Define and execute how analytics contributes to our product and business objectives, embedding data and insights into every decision.
Impact & Measurement: Focus your team on delivering clarity, direction, and measurable business value by establishing relevant KPIs and continuously drawing actionable insights. Drive speed, focus, and operational excellence, delivering data products, insights, and tools that genuinely make a difference.
Planning, Forecasting & Reporting: Collaborate with finance, risk, and business stakeholders to ensure the tool supports strategic and budget planning, financial accuracy, and scenario modelling. Ensure data integrity, user adoption, and alignment with broader analytics and reporting frameworks.
Organisational Vision: Define and execute the vision, strategy, and operational excellence of the Product Analytics organisation. Own the analytics roadmap, ensuring its alignment with product priorities and overall organisational objectives.
Strategic Insights: Partner closely with Product and cross-functional leaders to provide strategic insights into user behaviour, product, pricing and commercial performance, and future opportunities. Guide the team in tackling complex and strategically important problems.
Talent Development: Hire, grow, and inspire top-tier analytics talent. Act as a coach and unblocker, maximising the impact and potential of the Analytics team.
Data Champion: Build and communicate the compelling "analytics story" within Funding Circle. Champion a rigorous experimentation and testing culture, promote consistency in data definitions and approaches, and ensure a robust, data-driven approach to all key strategic decisions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with product, engineering, design, risk, sales, marketing, and operational leaders to ensure alignment and maximise the strategic value of data across all company priorities.
Culture & Excellence: Cultivate a vibrant culture of curiosity, continuous learning, and technical excellence within your team. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in analytics, experimentation, and behavioural science, encouraging your team to do the same.

What we’re looking for
Proven Analytics Leader: Extensive experience successfully building and scaling analytics functions within fast-paced, growing companies (ideally at the scale of 5+ teams). Preference for candidates with experience in Fintech, particularly credit/lending products.
Analytical Acumen: Use interpretative thinking and advanced analytical skills to solve problems and design solutions in often complex/sensitive situations.
Storyteller with Data: Exceptional ability to simplify complex data and articulate compelling stories that drive positive organisational change.
Team Builder & Developer: Demonstrated success in leading, developing, supporting, and growing teams of analysts, enabling them to effectively partner across the organisation, build trusted relationships, and drive data-based decisions.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on data manipulation and analysis expertise, including strong scripting/coding skills (and the ability to coach others) in SQL, Python (or R) and AWS cloud
Collaborative Project Ownership: Experience co-owning team-wide projects, effectively bringing teams together to plan solutions around problems using OKRs and KPIs that deliver tangible impact.

About the role
Enabling growth and optimised user experiences while ensuring our products and services remain compliant is a primary driver. You will play a key role in delivering commercially focussed client and business compliance outcomes as we scale our capabilities, working closely with our product, engineering, Compliance and account management teams out of our London office.
You will be responsible for the compliance product roadmap, vision and strategy, translating compliance requirements into delivery, and designing and automating compliant user journeys for both internal tools and client‑facing products and services.
We are looking for someone who is a proactive self-starter, can operate independently with degrees of ambiguity, and is ready to roll up their sleeves and get things done. Curiosity, a drive to learn, and problem-solving ability will be critical in the role.
Being able to move up and down levels of abstraction from high level client needs to detailed engineering requirements will be important. You will need to be comfortable or curious with using AI tooling to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping and agentic workflow automation.
In the role you will:
- Own compliance outcomes and the compliance roadmap - own vision and compliance outcomes that enable growth and optimised user experiences, while ensuring our products and services remain compliant; continuously refine the backlog, milestones and risks for KYC/KYB, sanctions, transaction monitoring, safeguarding and consumer duty features.
- Translate rules into delivery - write epics, user stories and acceptance criteria; align sprint goals with external deadlines.
- Design user journeys and APIs - create flows and wireframes for client‑facing interfaces and internal tooling; drive API enhancement and development; balance UX, compliance and commercial impact.
- Drive automation for first‑line controls and processes - target maximum hands‑off execution / STP via rules engines, workflow tooling and policy‑as‑code.
- Manage stakeholders and communicate change impacts - align stakeholders and prioritisation; keep internal teams and clients informed on how releases affect them.
- Manage delivery and surface risks - manage dependencies, highlight critical paths, and ensure on‑time execution and delivery.

- Engage clients and partners - run discovery calls and feedback loops to validate that solutions scale across use cases and geographies.
What you will need:
- 3-5+ years in a Product role, or high‑performing Business Analyst / Project Manager roles with a product thinking mindset, delivering regulated client‑facing APIs/UIs and internal tooling - ideally in a fintech, tech company, financial services company, or bank (financial services industry experience preferred but not essential)
- Compliance domain knowledge or experience in the financial services industry (e.g. UK EMI & Payments regs, FCA Consumer Duty, EU PSD2/3 & PSR, U.S. BSA/AML & state MTL) (preferred but not essential)
- Experience building tech products at the heart of the action - working directly with engineers, talking to clients, engaging with internal stakeholders and external third parties, and progressing requirements through the end-to-end development lifecycle
- Experience working and building with API-first solutions , and familiarity with API concepts (cloud concepts are a nice to have but not essential)
- Experience working in an agile / scrum environment and continuously reviewing client and business needs, opportunities, priorities, milestones and deliverables, and compliance and operational risks
- Experience with client-centric development and the ability to empathise with clients and users to deliver world-class user experiences and usability (UX/visual design skills are a nice to have but not essential)
- Experience with AI solutions and the ability to research and prototype with AI / LLM tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Lovable, Cursor, etc., and orchestrate agentic workflows with N8N, LangChain, etc.

Key Responsibilities of Product Manager:
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) for engineered components.
- Manage product lifecycle and performance across global markets.
- Drive Sales-Inventory-Operations-Planning (SIOP) and demand forecasting.
- Define and implement business models and pricing strategies.
- Ensure product certifications and approvals are maintained and renewed.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in technical / engineering or business management.
- Proven experience in product management of manufactured goods.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid IT skills.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or infrastructure-related sectors is highly desirable.

New Vacancy for a Product Manager to join a growing tour operation in East Sussex. You will be part of a team developing and sourcing new product and strategy. The role for the Product Manager will be to cover a 12 Month Maternity contract. The Job:
* Develop a clear understanding of the product strategy and programme plan and the role that new products play.
* Adopt an innovative approach to servicing market needs and delivering on business goals
* Work with the Head of Product on gap analysis and in identifying where there is need for development of new products and concepts to deliver on the programme plan
* Carry out market research & competitive analysis and identifying portfolio gaps and overlaps
* Understand needs of targeted markets and persona to ensure all product positioned correctly
* Provide support in developing positive relationships with tourist boards
* Maintain New Product Ideas list and & propel priorities along the product pipeline to launch
* Develop Product Plans that make the business case, specify positioning, and define the product
* Source and build effective two-way relationships with new supplier partners
* Direct line management responsibility of New Product Development team
* Consultant with the Commercial team to ensure supplier cost base for new trip components is in line with competitor trips
* Putting the customer at the heart of all decisions to deliver outstanding service and product quality,
* Supporting the Customer team to manage guest queries, special requests and resolve issues
* Facilitate sales training and champion new products and individual components
* Collaborate with Operations team to ensure contracted services are achieving company goals related to service level expectations
* Support Business wide feed of required Product Information to support relevant department needs.
Skills required:
* Experience of using initiative solutions to solve problems
* Experience working in a busy team environment
* Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint effectively for general administration
* GCSE level in English & Math's
* Travel industry / Tour operator Product and supplier contracting and negotiating
* Experience of negotiating supplier Service Level Agreements and overseeing contracts
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications
* Knowledge of software apps that improve efficiencies
* To be able to manage, and make key decisions, on health and safety
* Friendly and enthusiastic personality
* Agile & dynamic thought processes
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills and ability to demonstrate flexibility and initiative
* Ability to build professional relationships with people from a range of backgrounds and cultures adapting the message accordingly
* Collaborate working and influencing skills
* Ability to negotiate with a variety of different suppliers

What you'll be doing:
- Own the vision and roadmap for Salesforce, Zuora, Microsoft Dynamics, and other internal platforms, aligning them to the company's platform strategy.

What we're looking for:
- 5+ years' product management experience, ideally with enterprise systems or back-office platforms.
- Strong Salesforce experience (Zuora and Microsoft Dynamics also desirable).
- A proven track record of delivering AI/ML-enabled features that improve efficiency, data quality, and workflows.
- Strong understanding of workflow design, automation, and integration in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Salesforce administration or architecture experience (certification a plus).
- Skilled at translating complex business requirements into AI-powered technical solutions.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, including working with senior stakeholders.
