Responsibilities
In this role, you will host discovery calls with clients to understand their candidate requirements, retain current clients while onboarding new ones, and manage multiple search assignments for various clients. You will nurture relationships with both candidates and clients, working alongside Associate Consultants to shortlist candidates. Additionally, you will build and maintain a network of influential stakeholders and engage with business prospects within your wider network.
You will create and manage client communities by identifying new and existing stakeholders within clients, managing and developing these relationships, and converting these companies into active clients. As a network developer, you will work across multiple skill domains within a practice area and build lasting relationships within your network, imparting market intelligence. Your entrepreneurial commercial focus will enable you to devise winning strategies for live searches and develop and convert leads, while completing complex offer negotiations and selling strategic FDI solutions to multiple stakeholders. As a well-established revenue generator, you will target between £150k to £00k. Additionally, you will act as an FDI brand ambassador by leading external meetings with candidates and clients and promoting FDI at corporate events.
Qualifications, Skills & Behaviours
The ideal candidate will have experience in project briefing, management, and delivery, along with proven expertise in account and client relationship management. They will possess a track record of meeting and exceeding targets, with the ability to understand and interpret client demands. Comfort in leading and managing complex offer negotiations is essential. The candidate will demonstrate exemplary ability to foster solid and long-lasting relationships, supported by first-rate communication and interpersonal skills. A strong work ethic and determination to succeed are also crucial attributes.

Core Responsibilities:
Search & Merchandising
- Own all aspects of onsite search and merchandising across the three brands, maintaining best practices in search term management, synonyms, redirects, and fallback rules.

Search is at the heart of how our audiences discover and engage with our brands. As search innovations and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) reshape the digital landscape, this role will ensure Arc Europe stays ahead of the curve.
The Generative Search & Paid Media Lead
will lead the development and execution of search and GEO strategies across all Arc Europe brands, ensuring our content and products are discoverable and positioned to capture evolving search behaviours. From optimising brand websites to anticipating how AI-driven engines like Google SGE and ChatGPT surface and recommend content, this role will guide the business through the next generation of search.

This role can be based in Bristol, London OR Lancaster and they are open to remote working for the right person, so you can choose your location.
Our client is leading the way with digital transformation, working with a range of exciting clients across non-profit, charity and consumer brands. They are looking for an SEO Manager/Search Manager who can join the team and focus on helping them map out their SEO offering for retainer clients. This will involve reviewing their processes, developing SEO strategies, and collaborating with development, design, and marketing on best practices. This is a strategic role where you can come in and really put your knowledge and experience to use in a team that values your input and wants to improve. There will be elements of hands-on SEO implementation, but you will have a Technical SEO Specialist to manage delivery.
This role is an initial
6-month FTC
(with potential to move perm for the right person) with a salary of £42k-£44k (please note this is the full-time equivalent and will be prorated to part-time depending on the hours agreed). The Role

We're building a cross-browser extension (Chrome and Firefox) that surfaces relevant Wiki articles as users browse. You'll own the search layer: designing and implementing indexing, fuzzy matching, and surfacing results in the popup UI.
