  • Preparing briefing packs, insight reports, and pitch material for client meetings.
  • Feeding intelligence into the team to support delivery and inform commercial decisions.


What we’re looking for:

  • A 2:1 degree (or equivalent), with 12-24 months of post-uni experience (grad scheme, internship, commercial role, or similar).
  • Clear evidence of drive – academic, sporting, entrepreneurial, or otherwise.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging senior professionals.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of your learning.
  • Consistency, resilience, and attention to detail.
