Duties for the role of Architect include:

• manage projects from conception to completion
• Ensure quality procedures are maintained and contribute to the growth of the department
• Demonstrate strong residential design ability with attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and authorities
• Utilize AutoCAD and NBS Specification knowledge
• Oversee contract administration

Skills and experience for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered
• Strong RIBA part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience working on bespoke residential projects
• Strong design and drawing skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team

Your new role
Responsibilities include:

• Running your own projects.
• Design Development: Create innovative and functional architectural designs that meet client requirements, incorporating sustainable practices and adhering to industry standards.
• Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial concept through to construction completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs and constructions comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations, maintaining the integrity and safety of the built environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

• Be a RIBA/ARB chartered Architect OR an Architectural Assistant with extensive experience.
