  • Analyse production data to identify trends and support decision-making.
  • Implement and manage robust quality control procedures.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
  • Develop business cases for capital investments related to process improvements.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical application of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
  • Experience with process simulation and modelling software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to driving operational excellence.
