Our client is an international engineering group that is expanding globally.
Based from the West London HQ we are searching for a Six Sigma Black Belt certified Project Manager - Productivity to help the group increase efficiency, streamline processes and work flows and drive business improvement projects across the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead complex projects across the organization to drive process improvements and efficiency
- Analyses and evaluate current business processes, systems and workflows to identify improvement areas
- Develop and lead the implementation of solutions, strategies and systems in order to drive efficiencies, improve performance, reduce costs and generally help to streamline the organization
- Lead a small team, mentoring and training Six Sigma professionals (Yellow and Green Belts)
- Train and coach the business on new processes, habits and systems to ensure change is embraced and maintained
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business including senior leadership
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles associated with business productivity change initiatives. Ensure compliance with data privacy, security regulations, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
- Educated to Bachelors in a Business related subject - Masters an advantage
- At least 8 years Productivity Project Management experience and driving business improvement projects across a large global organization
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects for a large global group
- Deep Analytical skills and experience with ability to identify business processes and systems for improvement
- Prior experience leading Six Sigma Yellow and Green belts
- Exceptional communicator with ability to negotiate and partner with senior leaders / business and translate technical concepts into business friendly language
