About our open role
As a Senior Account Executive - Social and Influencers, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day delivery of campaigns and client work. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who lives and breathes social, and someone who has a genuine passion for social platforms, creators and culture.
You’ll support senior leads across a range of clients, contributing creative ideas, delivering content plans, running community management and managing influencer programmes. You’ll be confident using social media management tools, and your experience will span content publishing, basic editing, community management and reporting. You’ll also be involved in shoots, brainstorms and campaign evaluations - learning from the best, while developing your own knowledge.
Key responsibilities
Client and campaign delivery
- Deliver day-to-day support across a range of clients, including content planning, publishing, influencer coordination and reporting,
- Support the execution of influencer programmes by assisting with talent research, outreach and administrative co-ordination,
- Capture and contribute low-fi content during activations, shoots and reactive moments to bring campaigns to life.
Content and Community Management
- Assist in managing brand communities across social platforms by monitoring engagement, drafting responses and flagging community trends or issues,
- Work with the Zeno Studio team to help shape and deliver high-quality content that aligns with brand tone and campaign strategy.
Performance and Innovation
Set up and maintain reporting templates for campaigns which support clear, accurate and insightful analysis,
Assist in tracking performance metrics for content and influencer campaigns to ensure alignment with objectives and benchmarks,
Work with paid specialists to support content promotion across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms,
Stay on top of trends in content formats, creator marketing, and platform features, sharing relevant insights with the team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: 2 - 3 years in an agency or in-house role, with hands-on social and influencer campaign exposure,
Digital Fluency: Strong knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn. Experience using content and community management tools is a plus. Proven use of social platforms to create and upload content,
Content Creation: Working knowledge of short-form video tools and basic editing for social,
Influencer Marketing: Practical experience in influencer identification, outreach and campaign delivery,
Reporting: Comfortability with data collection, analysis and presentation,
Client Management: Comfortable communicating with clients and managing daily requests and updates,
Team Player: Collaborative, positive and proactive in supporting team and our agency's culture,
Creative Thinking: Comfortable contributing ideas and participating in brainstorms and planning sessions,
IT literacy: Good understanding of Microsoft Suite (including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams),
A bonus: Familiarity with paid media strategy and execution.
£31,500 - £33,500 a year
